p789 Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of p789, accessible at p789.plus ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game on p789, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any way. p789 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any material change will be communicated through the Platform and the updated version will carry a revised date at the top of this page.

To register and use p789 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p789 is strictly an adults-only platform. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

Deposits are credited to your p789 wallet promptly upon confirmation from your payment provider. p789 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or network issues on the provider's end.

Withdrawals are processed by the p789 payments team following completion of any required identity verification. Most withdrawals to JazzCash or Easypaisa are processed within a few hours during normal operating hours. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method that you own. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• p789 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests that exceed your verified wagering history may be subject to additional review.
• Any deposits made by a party other than the registered account holder will result in the deposit being reversed and the account flagged for review.

p789 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated for each individual promotion on the Promotions page, in addition to the general rules below.

• One bonus per player: Each player is eligible for a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome offer multiple times using different accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and closure of additional accounts.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the Promotions page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. The contribution percentages for each game type are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet with bonus: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or bet. Placing bets above the limit may result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonus abuse: Any form of bonus abuse — including coordinated betting, exploitation of software errors or arbitrage using bonus funds — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

p789 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions made by p789 regarding bonus eligibility and wagering completion are final.

All sports bets placed on p789 are subject to the sportsbook rules available in the Bet section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting markets:

• A bet is confirmed only when it appears in your bet history with a confirmed reference number. Bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues are not considered placed.
• p789 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started, or where there is clear evidence of an error in the published odds.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will be corrected and bets settled at the correct price, or voided at p789's discretion.
• In the event of match abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled according to the standard rules for that sport as stated in the Bet section.
• Cricket betting on PSL, T20 internationals and other international cricket matches follows ICC-recognised match results. Revised targets under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method are accepted as the official result for relevant markets.
• p789 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at any time without providing a reason.
• Maximum winnings per single bet and per day are subject to limits stated in the sportsbook terms.

p789 offers a library of over 500 games including slot games, fish games, live casino and crash titles. All games are provided by established third-party software studios with published and verified RTP (Return to Player) figures.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on p789. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for any reason.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or multiplayer formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using p789 to launder money or to conduct any form of financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy any part of the p789 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing p789 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any person under the age of 18 to access your account or use the Platform.

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, p789 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of Terms is involved, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player through their verified payment method.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting p789 support. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and are not reversible once confirmed.

p789 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, p789 is not liable for:
